About Us
D.A.V College of Education, Fazilka is a affiliated to Punjab University, Chandigarh and recognised by National Council for Teacher Education. The college is managed by D.A.V. High School Managing Committee, Fazilka (established in 1948-1949).
The Society is registered under Society Registration Act XXI of 1860 under the registration No. 39 of 1948-49.
The aims and objectives of the society shall be promotion of charitable and education course for the well being of the people in India and expressly includes the following:
- To open, develop, control and supervise education institute and courses.
- To do efforts and programmes for the well being of the society, that is physical, moral, mental, spiritual and social development and develop all round personality.
